* The exemplary transactions were closed and managed operationally as well as strategically under the leadership of the senior management of Al - partly in the function of co-founder and managing director as well as senior advisor of Deutsche Invest Mittelstand GmbH. The senior management holds a substantial amount of shares in the portfolio companies as a shareholder. Al, however, is not a direct owner of the companies.
